How early should I request a ride?

As early as possible.

How are trips confirmed?

We confirm after reviewing the request, then again the day before and the day of the appointment.

How long will the driver wait at pickup?

Drivers wait up to 15 minutes. After that, the trip may be considered a no-show.

How does appointment waiting work?

The first 15 minutes are included. After that, waiting is $30 per hour.

What are your business hours?

Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM.
