Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that appointments and plans can change. Please contact USA Transport as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a scheduled private-pay trip.

24 hours or more before pickup
No cancellation fee
Less than 24 hours before pickup
$40 cancellation fee
No-show
$50 no-show fee
Pickup grace period
Drivers wait up to 15 minutes at the scheduled pickup time. After 15 minutes, the trip may be considered a no-show.
Appointment waiting time
$30 per hour when waiting service is requested or arranged.

Insurance-authorized trips

For trips authorized through a health plan or transportation benefit, cancellation, no-show, waiting, and member-responsibility rules may be subject to the applicable plan, authorization, or contract requirements. USA Transport will apply charges only when permitted.
